Register here if you are a crafter or an organization that would like to participate
in our Pop-Up Village
Rental space will be secured ONLY when your check is received by us. Two rules if you are a crafter: (1) what you make and/or display must also be an item that one would see in 1917. So no plastic flowers, plastic beads, etc. - we are looking for items such as hand made soaps, woolens, wooden carved items, etc. and (2) you must dress in clothing that is appropriate to 1917. The cost to a crafter for space is $25. Please bring your own tent, table and chairs.
To an organization or business: $35 to reserve space, and we ask that you dress in period costume. You MUST create a 5.5" wide and 8.5" long history handout about your organization. Side one is 1917, side two is 2017. Our visitors will collect these handouts at each display, we will then give them a binder and they go home with the history of Brockton in their hand.
If you are a candidate for public office, you may request to hang a banner along the fence that surrounds "Main Street" and the festival park. We ask for a donation of $50. The sign may be no larger than 3'x5' and must be removed from the fence no later than 7 pm the evening of June 11. We do not assume any responsibility for any loss of or damage to the banner.
The field will open at 9 am for set-up. There is no electricity available in the field. SPACE AND ITS LOCATION WILL BE ASSIGNED at the discretion of the festival organizers.
